CONTENT – Integrated API services can display product content on B2B and B2C sites, allowing search engines to view these sites with more relevance due to recurring fresh content.

INTERNAL SITE SEARCH – We have integrated parametric-based and Solr site search features to assist customers to make a purchase with the minimal amount of clicks possible.

PERSONALIZATION – The Certona personalization engine can personalize the customer experience and deliver individualized product and content recommendations in real-time.

PAYMENT PLUG-INS – For companies using First Data as their payment processor, our own credit card and gift card plug-ins offer an alternative payment method. In addition, virtual cards can be created, purchased and e-mailed.

PRODUCT CONFIGURATOR – We developed a flash-based built-to-order product configurator that allows a customer to build a product based on their personal specifications. The product configurator can then be integrated into a manufacturer’s back-office systems so unique, one-of-a-kind products can be manufactured.

PUNCH-OUTS – Allows a buyer to access a third-party online catalog by “punching-out” from the procurement system to the supplier website to acquire products and then return the cart contents back to the procurement system.

SHIPPING PLUG-INS – We integrate our FedEx and UPS plug-ins to perform rate calculations based on source and destination address, package size and weight, and quantity and shipping method used. Shipping calculations can set up a rate surcharge returned by the shipping provider to adjust up/down the end-user rate charge.

SOCIAL COMMERCE – BazaarVoice Ratings and Reviews solution helps retailers give a voice to their customers, which in turn provides fresh, recurring website content as well as enhanced conversion rates through a higher number of referrals.
